They have a great team but have declined in prestige a bit. They are better than than some of the teams in the top 10 on any given day. Is the US better than France? No. Could the US beat France, yes. It was between France, US, England, and Portugal for the bottom two spots. Portugal, in my mind, doesn't belong in the top ten. the US are my team so i was going to make a case for them. Then comes the England and France battle.
